| TERMS AND CONDITIONS |
| Period of validity: Subject to exchange rate. ( if 3 phase power voltage is not 380v 50hz, air compressor, air dryer and water chiller price should be 5% higher.) |
| Payment term:30% as deposit, the 70% balance after production before shipment. |
| Delivery time:20 days after all technical details confirmed, and deposit paid. |
| Guarantee: One yearï¼lifetime tech. support). If the problem is caused due to quality of machine, we will send new parts for free, engineer will guide how to install. If the problem is caused by the operator’s misoperation or abnormal condition in buyer’s factory, cost of new parts and engineer-sending will be borne by the buyer. |
| Traning:Our engineer will train the buyer’s workers free of charge, with the accommodation borne by the buyer. |
| Installation & testing: Our technician shall be sent to test the machine till it can work after buyer’s factory is ready for installation and testing. The buyer shall bear all the charges including salary cost, transportation charges, visa fee, accommodation charges, and insurance, etc. |
